Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Alberta Limited. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency

Working Conditions:

  • Supervise 3-4 people
  • Organized and reliable individual
