Job Summary
Ring-a-wing is seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Shift Team Leader to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Your role will also involve training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, while ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in food preparation and service
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Monitor food quality and service standards
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirements
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the food service industry
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
