We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver great service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional results and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and manage data related to inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
