Job Summary
AAA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections of structural assemblies and detail parts to ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness and quality requirements.
- Audit Company systems and processes to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Assist in training, directing, and supervising junior employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Perform calibration of measuring and processing equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all products, processes, and services meet quality requirements.
- Provide assistance in quality review of Engineering Masters and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and report any safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
- At least a vocational diploma in aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the quality field.
- Mastery of inspection techniques and very good knowledge of aeronautical technical specifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
