Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling personnel-related administrative tasks
  • Providing clerical support to the HR department and employees
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing calendars
  • Reviewing candidate profiles and supporting recruiters
  • Learning internal systems and being tech-savvy

Requirements:
  • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience
  • Corporate Recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of Recruiting Processes
  • Administrative Office experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Teams skills
