Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Site Supervisor and Project Management team to schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries. You will also attend hand-off and autopsy meetings, assist in preparing comprehensive material lists, and issue submittal packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Site Supervisor and Project Management to schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries
  • Attend hand-off and autopsy meetings
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive material lists for projects
  • Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds, and insurances
  • Fill out warranties and send close-out packages
  • Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of a project
