About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at S&R Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and equipment required to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that our operations run smoothly.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are maintained 24/7.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities maintenance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor with S&R Facility Services Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Language and Work Schedule

The language of work is English, and the work schedule is 40 hours per week.
