About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at HAIMEN CLEANING SERVICE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assist with Cleaning Tasks: Assist our cleaning staff with tasks as needed, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role is required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be required to lift, bend, and move heavy objects.
