About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Disinfect Solutions. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other operational activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Our cleaning services are provided to commercial facilities, including shopping centers and malls.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check and bondability are required for this role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and reliability are essential for this role.
