Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Regional Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This is a full-time position based at our Regional Office with occasional travel to divisional sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior year comparisons.
  • Identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to support business decisions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
  • Manage and coordinate requests from the Corporate Office.
  • Responsible for working capital and department spending analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of FP&A experience in a corporate environment and/or relevant experience in consulting.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Strong financial modeling experience.
  • Experience with budgeting software and BI tools.
