Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor to join our team in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
About the ProjectThe BLUEPRINTS project, funded by the Government of Canada Global Affairs Canada (GAC), aims to strengthen the capacity of local governments in Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines to integrate gender into policies, programs, and services. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the National Conservation Trust Fund (NCTF) in implementing local, nature-based solutions for climate change adaptation and mitigation with a gender-responsive lens.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of staff capacity to implement M&E tools and systems to assess program impact
- Support the development of training resources and conduct training sessions with staff on results-based gender-responsive planning, monitoring, and evaluation procedures and practices
- Support the development of M&E systems and tools to collect disaggregated data and conduct program impact assessments
- Support the development of gender-responsive and results-based indicators to monitor and report on the effectiveness of program implementation
- Support the development of M&E databases and creation of M&E reports
- Support staff capacity building in grants management and monitoring
- University degree in social/political sciences, international development, human rights, gender studies, social work, law, public policy, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a position related to the promotion of gender equality, diversity, and/or women's development issues
- Experience working with government agencies
- Experience working with senior management
- Experience in training and facilitation
