Canadian Tire 351 is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail sales or management an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
