About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Canadian Tire 351. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish Work Schedules and ensure that sales staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Prepare Reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate and relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team of sales staff.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Manual Dexterity and ability to lift heavy loads.
  • Ability to Distinguish Between Colours and maintain a high level of accuracy.
