About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals/Caregivers. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults and seniors in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and conversation to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders to promote independence and well-being
- Support clients with grooming and bathing, toileting, and incontinence issues, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained
- Offer assistance with Alzheimer's care, providing a supportive and understanding presence for clients and their families
Requirements:
- Ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Complete a criminal background check and provide professional and personal references
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
- Driver's abstract required
- Possess a computer and a cell phone
