Centre Director Assistant - Child Care

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centre Director Assistant to join our team at Montessori Lakeshore in Ontario. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the overall operation of the centre, working closely with teachers and families to provide a nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Centre Director in managing the centre's operations, including staff recruitment and development, policy implementation, and compliance with provincial regulations.
  • Ensure that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities within the centre.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
  • Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
  • Provide effective communication with families about their child's progress.

Requirements:
  • A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a valid Ontario College of ECE membership.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and regulations.

  • Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate.
