Overview

Royal Bank of Canada's leading wealth management firm is seeking a skilled and resourceful individual to join our team as an Associate.


Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you will provide exceptional service and support to clients and advisors. As a Key Wealth Management Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining client accounts, ensuring account administration and documentation remains up-to-date and compliant, and working with an Investment Advisor in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients.
  • Manage timelines and key dates for accounts to ensure clients feel supported by our team.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner.
  • Provide proactive client service, including tapping into problem resolution skills and collaborating with various departments.
  • Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Strong business application/technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High quality time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. You also have the potential to earn more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program.
