Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter area, floor, and storage areas.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stock shelves and restock supplies as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain an attractive store display.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend/kneel as needed.
