About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Service Worker to join our team at Annapolis County Municipal Housing Corporation. As a Rehabilitation Service Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with socio-economic needs or conditions in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement specialized rehabilitation programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Assess clients' relevant skill strengths and development needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Implement life skills workshops and provide guidance and support to clients in areas such as household management, nutrition, and employment.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and community partners to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment.
  • Provide administrative and office support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in rehabilitation and support services.
