Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Provide information or services to employees
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Recruit and hire staff
