Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our growing company.
  • Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling, to support the well-being of our employees.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Review candidate inventories to identify the best fit for our team.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their skills and experience.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill our staffing needs.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill our open positions.
Requirements
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills are required.
  • Organized and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
