About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Crust Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demand and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary materials to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Training: Train and develop our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
