Position Overview

Whitehouse Contracting Ltd is seeking a skilled Glass Installation Supervisor to oversee our glass installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile production and project reports
  • Oversee and manage workers and project timelines
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities
  • Provide training or arrange for team training sessions
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Advise on personnel decisions
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Lead and instruct team members
  • Supervise a dedicated team of installers
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage working groups
  • Oversee window installation teams
Experience in Specific Areas
  • Installation of doors and frames
Cleaning Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintenance of windows
Transportation Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Personal transportation is necessary
