Job Title: Automotive Body Painter

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team at BODY LINE COLLISION LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a perfect finish and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute repair work to be performed, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components as required.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a precise application.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, restoring the vehicle's original shape.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place, ensuring a secure fit.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, using high-quality materials and techniques.
  • Repair or replace interior components, ensuring a seamless finish.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a perfect match.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
