- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Recruit and hire staff to ensure a skilled and diverse team.
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
