Administrative Coordinator for Star Electrical Services Inc

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Star Electrical Services Inc. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing administrative activities, ensuring procedures are followed, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Priorities: Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate Office Services: Plan, coordinate, and supervise office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Prepare Operating Budget: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain accurate inventory and budgetary controls to ensure financial transparency.
- Assemble Data and Reports: Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
- Oversee Office Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Newcomer Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and/or refugees.
- Youth Employment: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
- Indigenous Support: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and market research.
