We are seeking recent graduates with Mechanical Engineering degrees to join our operations teams in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, as part of our Global Trainee (GT) Program.

The Global Trainee position contributes to a specific function while learning, training, and improving skills in that particular area to gain a profound understanding of processes, products, and services.

Key responsibilities include observing core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities, collaborating on critical projects, learning about Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes, and analyzing information to prepare reports and deliverables.

Additionally, you will develop and manage Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure area results, comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements include no more than 4 years of related professional experience, graduation with an engineering degree in the last 4 years, excellent Office Suite skills, self-driven and self-starter mentality, strong decision-making skills, and a fast-paced environment.
