Job Summary

We are seeking recent graduates with Mechanical Engineering degrees to join our Global Trainee Program. As a Global Trainee, you will contribute to a specific function while learning, training, and improving skills in that area. You will have opportunities for training, international travel, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities.
  • Collaborate on critical projects execution.
  • Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes.
  • Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes.
  • Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels.
  • Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area's results.
Requirements
  • No more than 4 years of related professional experience.
  • Graduated with an engineering degree in the last 4 years; Mechanical concentration is required.
  • Excellent Office Suite skills.
  • Self-driven and self-starter.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Enjoys fast-paced environment.
  • Loves to learn and able to execute high-level results.
