The Global Trainee position contributes to a specific function while learning, training, and improving skills in that particular area. For this role, we are looking for candidates with Mechanical Engineering degrees and related professional experience.
During your time as a Global Trainee, you will:
- Observe core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities.
- Collaborate on critical projects execution.
- Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes.
- Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes.
- Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels to achieve expected performance and results.
- Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area's results.
- Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Experience and Education:
- No more than 4 years of related professional experience.
- Graduated with an engineering degree in the last 4 years; Mechanical concentration is required. Electrical and Mechatronics may be considered.
- Excellent Office Suite skills.
- Self-driven and self-starter.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Enjoys fast-paced environment.
- Loves to learn and able to execute high-level results.
