Reporting to the Health Services Manager, you will work under the supervision or direction of regulated health professionals to provide patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting patients with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, such as medication management and meal preparation
- Reinforcing patient and family teaching according to established guidelines and the plan of care

About YouWe are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Continuing Care Assistant Program certification
- Provincial Certification with the Department of Health and Wellness
- Current Basic Life Support Certification

- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours and CompensationThis is a permanent part-time position, working 90% of 67.5 hours bi-weekly. The hourly rate is $25.70. Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
