Job Title: Technical Sales Supervisor

MODA SMART HOME INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and training
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
