About This Role

This role requires an enthusiastic and determined individual with a passion for real estate to join our New Home Listings Team. As a New Home Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our new residential construction data set and working to expand and maintain our database of new development pages.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and input data in Livabl's database and verify the accuracy of new development information.
  • Review and assess the completeness of each project's data.
  • Evaluate and ensure data is up-to-date and consistent with reporting requirements.
  • Conduct research to collect current data on new home communities.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates of assigned community pages.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity by participating in regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data-driven approach and ability to manage repetitive tasks without compromising data quality.
  • Strong research skills and resourcefulness in finding information.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience.
  • Aptitude for learning new technology platforms quickly.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

The estimated salary for this role is around $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
