About the Role

As a Strategic Operations Director for Global Real Estate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead third-party manager oversight programs to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage business unit compliance and risk management programs to mitigate potential risks
  • Coordinate contract management and administration to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans to minimize disruptions during crises

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the investment management industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with real estate accounting systems such as Yardi, VTS, and Anaplan
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

What We Offer

Manulife offers a competitive salary range of $116,000 - $179,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
