We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team in Kamloops, BC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant and contributing to our company's growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the overall profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times
  • Oversee general maintenance and cleanliness of property
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement initiatives that achieve financial targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar
  • Established leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
