Job Summary:

The Healthcare Delivery Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our single-location center, expanding our services and team, and upholding our company's policies, procedures, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical caseloads and provide supervision to both provisionally and fully licensed clinicians.
  • Develop and implement new therapeutic programs for clients and trainings for clinicians.
  • Ensure administrative health of the practice in keeping with practice protocols and codes of ethics.
  • Supervise Site Manager and address site issues with building management.
  • Maintain a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming environment for clients and team members.
Requirements:
  • Full Clinical License as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Experience in clinical operations and supervision.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
