Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Gnosis Development Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a solid understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Develop and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating
- Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
