Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Engine Assembler to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As an assembler, you will play a critical role in preparing engines for shipment to customers, ensuring product integrity, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure product integrity, details, configuration, and operational costs by following established procedures.
  • Keep equipment and workstation clean and in excellent working condition.
  • Observe and review the results of assembly and test work performed by others to ensure compliance standards.
  • Validate the effectiveness of tools, equipment, and methodology.
  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Take part in engine-related technical training.
Requirements
  • Vocational diploma (DEP) in mechanical assembly or related field.
  • College diploma (AEC/DEC) in aircraft maintenance or aerospace engineering.
  • Knowledge of aircraft engine assembly methods and procedures, including fits and tolerances.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and gauges, hand tools, and other specialized assembly equipment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Working knowledge of French (written and verbal).
