About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling complex aircraft structures with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work from detailed instructions and technical drawings to assemble aircraft components.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to drill, apply sealants, and install fasteners in accordance with engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any incidents or near-misses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembler in the aerospace industry or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
