Job Summary

11697102 CANADA INC is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Flatbed to join our team. As a Flatbed Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Load and unload goods, plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and maintain accurate records.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, and adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience as a truck driver.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and a valid passport.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: On the road, with frequent travel and overnight stays.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
