Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and inventoried.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain financial records, including budgets and payrolls.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English.
