Communications Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at KP Technologies Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work on the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our communications infrastructure, which is critical to our business operations.
Responsibilities- Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble with telecommunications equipment and diagnose faults.
- Inspect the operation of telecommunications equipment and conduct service tests to identify any issues.
- Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software as needed.
- Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports to document work completed.
- Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
- Determine work assignments and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- A strong understanding of telecommunications principles and practices.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of reliability and flexibility.
