Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Mahal Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train staff on new procedures and ensure they are aware of company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Windows.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
