Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Foreman/Woman to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete finishing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishing crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Train and develop the skills of concrete finishing crew members to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required to complete projects.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
