We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our SAP project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, with a minimum of five years' experience in managing large projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage work plans for one or more assigned project pillars.
- Contribute to the definition of the overall project management processes, standards, and rules of engagement for all pillars and ensure compliance.
- Ensure project activities are executed according to the approved plans.
- Manage project issues and risks and escalate as necessary.
- Communicate with and support the pillars in applying defined project management processes and a project delivery framework.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience managing complex projects/programs.
- Minimum of five years' experience managing projects within a project/program structure including matrix governance, collaboration with multiple PMO project managers in cross-project scheduling and critical path management.
- Experience with 3rd party interface and/or integrations.
- Minimum of five years' experience managing large projects (preferably SAP/ERP solutions) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- SAP project implementation – experience leading and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP.
- Experience with projects in the adoption of various cloud-based solutions (e.g., SAAS, PAAS).
- Experience in managing projects/programs with a public sector organization.
- Experience working in finance and/or procurement or managing finance and/or procurement projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with aligning project management with user experience.
- Experience with 3rd party interface and/or integrations.
