Your Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Atlantic Team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll lead and deliver infrastructure projects that vary in scope and complexity. Your expertise in sectors such as water and wastewater, renewable energy, and ports and marine will be invaluable to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead programs and projects, managing all aspects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure client expectations are met through effective contract and technical management.
- Chair project meetings, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Regularly report on project status, providing schedule updates, meeting minutes, and financial records.
- Provide oversight and leadership to the change management process and contract administration.
Qualifications
- A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, or quantity surveying.
- 5-7 years of project management experience, representing owners in the delivery of building developments.
- Demonstrable experience in initiating, planning, and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: water and wastewater, renewable energy, and/or ports and marine.
- Strong understanding of best practice project management methodologies and procedures within a PMO environment.
- Effective client management and people management skills, with the ability to influence and resolve client and technical issues.
- Detail-oriented leader with the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills, including scheduling, word processing, and spreadsheet software applications.
- P. Eng or PMP designation is an asset.
