About The Opportunity
The Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia seeks a seasoned professional to lead project management initiatives.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing business process improvements, analyzing data, and developing programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project scope, definition, and budget
- Developing and implementing project plans, including project schedules and resource allocation
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project deliverables
- Leading project teams and providing guidance and support
- Ensuring projects are executed in accordance with principles of change management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis, combined with formal or informal leadership experience
- A certificate in project management
