- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Taj Handyman Services Inc.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations with your exceptional organizational skills.
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet the demands of our dynamic environment.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with precision.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages with a professional demeanor.
- Answer electronic enquiries with the utmost care.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a clutter-free workspace.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas with a warm smile.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for easy access.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
- Perform data entry with precision and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Maintain and manage digital databases with ease.
