MANNZ CANADA IMMIGRATION is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also train other workers, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments. Additionally, they will answer telephone and electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, and order office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and accurate, and have a client-focused approach. This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week.
