Our team visits approximately 80,000 patients each year in homes, schools, clinics, workplaces, and retirement homes. We continuously innovate to meet patient needs with specialized care programs and technology.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs who desire great flexibility in their schedules. This is a Full-Time position in the McDougall, McKellar, and Carling area.
Hours of work are within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and on-call work. Our competitive wage grid recognizes nursing skillset.

This role involves developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health @Home (OH@Home).
You will work with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, communicating and liaising with patients, family members, and others within the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and vehicle as regular travel is required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our base job title is Visiting Nurse. The location is McDougall, McKellar, and Carling area.
