Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the CTO Innovation Group in tracking technology trends and conducting market scans for innovations
- Driving the practical application of emerging technologies in our core infrastructure business
- Facilitating the adoption and development of new technology capabilities and practices
- Introducing and optimizing digital processes and automations to enable our project teams to deliver faster and more consistently
- Establishing and managing relationships with technology vendors and partners
- Fostering a culture of innovation and transformative thinking
- Collaborating with the GTR E&E Team to drive innovation and efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with one or more of: artificial intelligence, digital twins, CAD and modelling software, geographic information system (GIS), drone operations, software architecture, systems design and integration, data science, business intelligence, and business analytics
- Design thinking mindset – an understanding of iterative, user-centred design methods and how they can be applied to develop client-focused solutions
- An unrestricted driver's license – travel will be required for field work, including to remote sites and Parsons' offices across southern Ontario
About the Role
This is a flexible, hybrid role that is primarily in-field and Oakville-based. You will need to be available to work outside regular business hours and travel, including out-of-town, as required.
