Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects.
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure the health and quality of plants.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
